I believe shooting wood pigeon is allowed, as to the legallity of kicking one to death im not so sure. Perhaps another reader can help ?

hmmm..i dont know...at the 24hour kareoke neil was arrested for shooting pidgeons at 7am. that was funny as hell (i meant the shooting and the arresting)

ps. was it indeed a wood pigeon he shot ?
and was he within the parameters of the air weapon laws ?
A good leaflet, stating the laws, is produced and is available from all good police stations. Alternatively do as i did, call the firearms department at Hull main police station, although rather shocked, they will send you the relevant information.
